Gramercy Park Hotel New York

The hotel had a beautiful and unique decor that really impressed me. The rooms were cozy and the signature scent in the lobby added a nice touch. The Italian restaurant downstairs served delicious food that I loved. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was in a relatively quiet area but still conveniently close to the city's attractions.

The room was a bit cluttered with unnecessary furniture, feel dark and cramped. I was disappointed that the terrace was not open for drinks and instead reserved for corporate events and private parties.

The hotel is well located, nestled in the heart of midtown. There are plenty of local hotspots to explore in the surrounding area. The hotel's "chic" bars offer a trendy and vibrant atmosphere for guests to enjoy. It is also easy to get around from this location, with good weekend markets in many of the nearby parks or squares. The room was spacious and clean, with luxurious amenities and comfortable furnishings.

The service of the restaurant could be improved, as it was not as attentive as it could have been.

The breakfast included is not up to the standard of the hotel (bottled juice, cold toast, ... and then there is no dining room we are obliged to have breakfast in the room, no it's not ok at all.

The rooms are immaculate and incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The service is warm and welcoming, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a delightful quartet performance on Tuesday nights in The Rose Bar, adding to the memorable experience.

The hotel lacks personalized touches such as notes from the manager or complimentary amenities, which can be disappointing for guests paying top dollar.

too much activity in the lobby and anonymous and superficial atmosphere in the reception. late check-out was promised at the beginning but not kept at the end: gives a bad impression!

The hotel had a cool, vintage feel, made it feel like stepping back in time. The rock & roll history was celebrated by many guests and added to the charm. The secret fold down mini bar was a fun surprise and the options were highlighted at turn down.

My recent stay at this luxurious hotel was exceptional. the exclusive amenities provided were a treat, catering to my every need. the room had unique and exclusive advantages not found in other hotels. the catering service was top-notch and I enjoyed the private facilities that made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. the location advantages made exploring the city easy and accessible.

Although my experience was splendid, there was only one minor drawback: the restaurant service could have been more attentive. the bar/lounge area was amazing with an impressive selection of drinks and a cozy atmosphere.

Room was ready early so I could quickly attend to a medical emergency. Appreciated the staff's frequent check-ins about my daughter's well-being. highly recommend this hotel.
